Brocks Performance Return Policy?
Return Policy for brocksperformance.com:
- Items must be returned in new, unused, and unopened condition in original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is deemed incorrect or defective.
- An RMA (Return Authorization) number must be obtained before returning items.
- A 15% restocking charge may be applied to all returned merchandise.
- No returns will be accepted after 30 days from delivery.
- All returned merchandise must be suitable for resale and in new/unused condition.
- Special order products are not eligible for returns.
- Items must be returned in their original package with secure and sufficient packaging to protect the product from possible damage during transit.
- All returns must be shipped insured for the original purchase price using a carrier that can track the return like UPS, FedEx, or Priority Mail.
- The customer is responsible for the product until it is received by Brock’s Performance.
- Refunds are processed within 2-5 business days of the item's return delivery to Brock’s Performance. It may take several more days for bank processing before funds are received.
